Pretzel salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- pkg - 2 oz
- water - 2 c
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- strawberry jello
- crushed pretzels - 2 c
- medium container Cool Whip - 1 item
How to make pretzel salad:
Layer 1: Mix pretzels and melted butter. Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400° for 8 minutes. Let cool.Layer 2: Cream sugar and cream cheese. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on pretzel layer.
Layer 3: Add boiling water and strawberries to jello. Chill until slightly thickened. Spread over layer 2. Chill several hours.
