Strawberry pizza

Ingredients/Components

• cream cheese - 8 oz
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• cornstarch - 4 Tbsp
• confectioners sugar - 1/4 c
• stick butter - 1 item
• plain flour - 1 c
• lemon juice - 1/3 c
• strawberries - 2 pt
• can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item

How to make strawberry pizza:

Combine butter, confectioners sugar and flour. Put dough into pizza pan. Bake 10 minutes in a 350° oven. Let cool.

Take Eagle Brand milk, cream cheese, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix and spread over crust. Take strawberries and mix with cornstarch. Bring to a boil until thick. Pour over filling in a pizza pan. Top with whipped cream and extra strawberries if desired.
