Strawberry freezer jam
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- water - 3/4 c
- mashed strawberries about 1 qt - 2 c
- Sure-Jell fruit pectin - 1 pkg
How to make strawberry freezer jam:
Stir strawberries and sugar together thoroughly (set aside). Stir Sure-Jell and water in pan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Stir mixtures together until sugar is completely dissolved and no longer grainy. Pour into containers. Store in freezer until opened. After opening, store in refrigerator.
