  • water - 1/4 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • box strawberry Jell-O - 1 item
  • whole eggs - 3 item
  • frozen strawberries - 1 lb
  • box white cake mix - 1 item
  • Icing:1 stick butter
  • strawberry juice from drained berries - 1/4 c
  • leftover juice from berries - 1 item

How to make strawberry cake:

Icing:1 stick butter1 box powdered sugar leftover juice from berries Mix dry Jell-O, eggs, oil, water and juice with cake mix. Using an electric mixer, add strawberries beating until berries are pretty well mashed up and mixed in. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until done. Bake in a tube pan.

Icing: Mix all ingredients together using as much juice as necessary for right consistency.
