  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 3/4 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • powdered sugar - 1 lb
  • salad oil - 3/4 c
  • white cake mix - 1 item
  • can coconut - 1 item
  • large strawberry jello - 1 item

How to make strawberry cake:

Icing:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 stick butter1 lb. powdered sugar Combine cake mix and jello. Add eggs one at a time. Mix milk and oil. Use half of nuts, strawberries and coconut. Grease and flour 3 eight-inch cake pans. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Icing: Mix cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar. Add remaining part of strawberries, nuts and coconut.
