  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • eggs, separated - 4 item
  • water - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • egg whites - 4 item
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • strawberry Jell-O
  • box white cake mix - 1 item
  • box frozen strawberries - 16 oz
  • Mix cake mix, oil, egg yolks and flour
  • remaining frozen strawberries - 1 item

How to make strawberry cake:

Dissolve Jell-O in water; set aside. Mix cake mix, oil, egg yolks and flour. Add Jell-O to batter; then stir in 3/4ths of frozen strawberries. Beat egg whites and fold into batter. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.Icing:1 box powdered sugar1 stick oleo remaining frozen strawberries Mix together and spread over cooled cake.
