  • eggs - 4 item
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • cooking oil - 1 c
  • white cake mix - 1 item
  • frozen sliced strawberries, thawed

How to make strawberry cake:

Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, jello and milk together; set aside. In a separate bowl, mix strawberries, nuts and coconut together. Add 1/2 strawberry mixture to the cake batter. Bake cake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

While cake is baking, fold the other 1/2 strawberry mixture into 1 small container Cool Whip. Cool cake completely and frost with Cool Whip mixture. Refrigerate.
