  • flour - 3 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • sugar - 2 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • eggs, well beaten - 4 item
  • oil or melted Crisco
  • chopped pecans

How to make strawberry bread:

Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl and make well in center. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into well. Stir just enough to dampen oil ingredients. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
