  • cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped pecans
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • plain flour - 3 c
  • eggs, well beaten - 3 item

How to make strawberry bread:

Combine flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and sugar. Make a well in the center; add eggs and oil, stirring only until dry ingredients are moist. Stir in berries and nuts. Spoon batter into 2 lightly greased 8-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done in middle.
