  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon
  • eggs - 3 item
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 3/4 c
  • all-purpose flour - 3 c
  • banana, mashed - 1 item
  • nonstick cooking spray to coat pans - 2 tsp

How to make strawberry bread:

Preheat oven to 400°. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the center. In a separate small bowl, mix remaining 5 ingredients together. Pour fruit mixture into well and gently stir by hand. Coat 2 nonstick 9 x 5-inch bread pans with cooking spray and pour mixture into pans. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
