  • water - 3 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • sifted flour - 1 c
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • blueberries - 1 c
  • grated rind of 1 lemon

How to make steamed blueberry pudding:

Mix and sift flour and baking powder. Beat egg yolks, then add sugar and beat until thick. Add water, lemon rind and lemon juice. Stir in flour and then blueberries. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Turn into greased pudding mold and steam 1 hour o
