Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 4 item
- egg whites - 4 item
- margarine - 1/4 c
- can pineapple - 1 item
- small squash - 6 item
How to make squash pie:
Boil squash until tender. Cream margarine; add to squash. Beat egg yolks with sugar until creamy; add to squash and beat again. Add vanilla, pineapple and flour and blend well. Bake at 375° until brown. Beat egg whites, put on top of squash mixture and brown in oven.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
