Squash pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 Tbsp
• egg yolks - 4 item
• egg whites - 4 item
• margarine - 1/4 c
• can pineapple - 1 item
• small squash - 6 item

How to make squash pie:

Boil squash until tender. Cream margarine; add to squash. Beat egg yolks with sugar until creamy; add to squash and beat again. Add vanilla, pineapple and flour and blend well. Bake at 375° until brown. Beat egg whites, put on top of squash mixture and brown in oven.
