Peach ice cream
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- can evaporated milk - 1 12
- whole milk, 1 1/2 quarts - 6 c
- c heavy cream, 1/2 pint - 1 item
- fresh squeezed lemon juice, seeds to be removed - 2 tbsp
- peeled and coarsely chopped fresh Georgia Peaches - 4 c
How to make peach ice cream:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour mixture into 1 gallon electric ice cream freezer and freeze according to manufactures instructions, about 35 to 40 minutes.
