Spinach-bacon deviled eggs
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cider vinegar
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- black pepper - 2 tsp
- hard-cooked eggs - 1 doz
- imitation bacon bits - 1/4 c
- frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry - 1/2 c
How to make spinach-bacon deviled eggs:
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise, scoop out yolks into small mixing bowl and mash well. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves. Chill until ready to serve.
I like to decorate each half with a slice of olive, or onion, or pickle, or anchovy, or whatever you like.
