Ingredients/Components

  • bunches spinach, rinsed and torn into bite size pieces - 2 item
  • sliced strawberries - 4 c
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • white wine vinegar - 1/4 c
  • white sugar - 1/2 c
  • paprika - 1/4 tsp
  • sesame seeds - 2 Tbsp
  • poppy seeds - 1 Tbsp

How to make spinach and strawberry salad:

In a large bowl, toss together the spinach and strawberries. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar, paprika, sesame seeds and poppy seeds. Pour over the spinach and strawberries and toss to coat. Yield: 8 servings.
