- vegetable oil
- sliced strawberries - 4 c
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- white vinegar - 1/4 c
- poppy seeds - 1 Tbsp
- fresh baby spinach leaves - 6 oz
How to make strawberry spinach salad:
Dressing:1/2 c. vegetable oil1/4 c. white vinegar1/4 c. sugar1 Tbsp. poppy seeds1/4 tsp. paprika1/4 tsp. salt In a medium bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Toss with spinach and strawberries until well combined. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Salads, Side dish.
