Ingredients/Components
- grapes - 8 lb
- vinegar - 3 c
- whole cloves - 1 oz
- sugar - 4 lb
- sticks cinnamon - 4 item
How to make spiced grapes:
Remove and set aside skins. Cook pulp in vinegar with spices tied in cheese cloth until soft. Mash through sieve to keep out seeds. Add skins. Bring to boil. Add sugar and bag of spices.
