- ground beef - 1 lb
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- can tomatoes, drained - 1 lb
- can tomato juice - 1 1/2
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cumin - 1 tsp
- garlic salt
- salt - 1 tsp
- long grain rice - 1 c
How to make spanish rice:
Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add tomatoes, tomato juice, cumin, garlic salt, salt, pepper and rice. Mix well. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat. Simmer for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Side dish.
