Ingredients/Components

  • diced green pepper - 1/2 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • Mazola oil - 3 Tbsp
  • large diced onions - 2 item
  • large diced celery stalk - 1 item
  • slices small diced bacon - 2 item

How to make spanish rice:

Cook all together until onions are glossy. Lower fire. Add 1 can tomato paste and 2 cans water. Simmer about 5 minutes. Fold into cooked rice (1 cup when raw). Pack into casserole dish and add 1 can tomato soup diluted with 1/2 can water. Mix and bake 1/2 hour at 350°.
