Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- hot sauce - 1 tsp
- onions, diced - 1 qt
- rice - 6 Tbsp
- tomatoes
- few sprinkles crushed red pepper flakes if desired - 1 item
How to make spanish rice:
Saute onions in oil. Add rice, then remaining ingredients. Cook about 1/2 hour on low heat.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Side dish.
