  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • chopped onions - 3 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • chopped green peppers - 2 Tbsp
  • uncooked rice - 6 Tbsp
  • tomatoes - 2 c

How to make spanish rice:

Put uncooked rice in casserole and pour boiling water over it. Add butter, tomatoes, hamburger, onions, pepper, salt and green peppers. Bake 1 hour or more at 350°. Serves 6.
