Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- boiling water - 1 c
- chopped onions - 3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- chopped green peppers - 2 Tbsp
- uncooked rice - 6 Tbsp
- tomatoes - 2 c
How to make spanish rice:
Put uncooked rice in casserole and pour boiling water over it. Add butter, tomatoes, hamburger, onions, pepper, salt and green peppers. Bake 1 hour or more at 350°. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Side dish.
