Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- elbow macaroni - 1/2 pkg
- small onion - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- ground round meat - 1 lb
- cheese to cover casserole - 1 item
How to make spanish delight:
Brown onions and ground meat, then add tomatoes and corn and let cook on top of stove until tomatoes have cooked down. Boil macaroni in salted water. Put a layer of macaroni in casserole and a layer of cheese. Alternate ending with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
