- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- corn - 3 c
- eggs, beaten well - 3 item
- milk, scalded - 1 pt
How to make southern corn pudding:
Combine flour, salt, sugar and butter; add vanilla. Beat eggs and add milk. Combine with other ingredients, mixing well. Pour into well-buttered casserole and bake at 350° until firm, about 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Corn.
