Ingredients/Components

  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chili powder - 2 tsp
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • clove garlic - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • can garbanzo beans - 1 oz
  • ground pork - 1 lb
  • sliced olives - 1/2 c
  • can green chilies, chopped - 1 oz
  • can tomatoes, chopped - 1 1/2
  • shredded Jack or Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • torn iceberg lettuce - 6 c
  • chopped tomatoes, green pepper and avocado to garnish - 1 item

How to make south of the border salad:
