- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 8 oz
- butter - 1/2 lb
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- almond or lemon - 1 tsp
How to make sour cream pound cake:
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Sift flour and soda together. Add to first mixture alternately with sour cream, beginning and ending with flour. Add flavorings and blend. Pour in greased and lightly floured 10-inch tube pan.
