Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- to 8 fresh peaches, sliced - 6 item
How to make sour cream peach pie:
Fill unbaked pie shell with sliced peaches. Mix sour cream, 3/4 cup sugar and flour. Pour over peaches in the shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 350° and bake 45 minutes longer. Cool well.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
