  • sour cream - 1 c
  • cooking oil - 1/2 c
  • eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
  • cream-style corn - 1 c
  • self-rising cornmeal - 1 c

How to make sour cream cornbread:

Preheat oven to 450°. Mix first 4 ingredients well. Fold in sour cream and blend well. Pour into preheated skillet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes, then cut and serve.
