Ingredients/Components
- yellow butter cake mix - 1 pkg
- sugar - 1/2 c
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- ??? cooking oil - 3/4 item
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- Pour half of the batter in a Bundt pan; sprinkle with topping
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, or until done
- milk - 3 Tbsp
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Mix all ingredients; beat thoroughly. Pour half of the batter in a Bundt pan; sprinkle with topping.Topping:3 Tbsp. brown sugar1/2 c. chopped pecans3 tsp. cinnamon Pour remaining batter over topping.
