- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- all-purpose flour
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Heat oven to 375°. Combine pecans, cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar and set aside. Blend flour, baking powder and soda. Cream butter with remaining cup of sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Fold in dry ingredients. Pour 1/2 of batter into greasRecipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Coffee cakes.
