Soft sugar cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• sour cream - 1 c
• salt - 1/4 1/2
• butter - 1 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• plain flour
• cream of tartar - 1 tsp

How to make soft sugar cookies:

Cream sugar and butter well. Stir in eggs and sour cream. Add the dry ingredients which have been sifted together and vanilla. Mix well. Chill several hours. May be dropped or rolled and cut 1/4-inch thick. Sprinkle with sugar or cinnamon sugar. Top
