Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese
  • boiling water - 4 c
  • large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • lime gelatin
  • marshmallows large - 26 item
  • pecans broken - 1 c

How to make snow salad:

Drop marshmallows in boiling water, dissolve well. Add jello and cool. Add pineapple to cheese and mix well, then add to cooled gelatin mixture. Add whipped cream and nuts, pour into large pan, 8 x 14-inch, chill well and serve. May use a large jello mold.
