Slow-cooked chili
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 2 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 8 oz
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- cans diced tomatoes - 2 1/2
- ground beef, browned - 2 lb
- cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained - 2 oz
How to make slow-cooked chili:
Combine all ingredients except cheese in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Ladle chili into individual bowls and top with cheese just before serving.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Chili.
