Ingredients/Components
- ground beef, browned - 1 lb
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- can kidney beans, drained - 1 item
- cans tomatoes - 2 lb
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- cloves crushed garlic - 2 item
- chili powder - 4 tsp
- salt
- pepper - 1/3 tsp
- ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
How to make chili con carne:
Brown meat and onion. Drain grease. Put all ingredients into crock-pot. Cover; cook at 300° for 1 to 2 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Chili.
