Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 4 Tbsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • peanut butter - 1/2 c
  • oatmeal - 2 c

How to make skillet cookies:

Melt margarine, then add sugar, cocoa and milk. Mix well and let boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, oatmeal, nuts and vanilla. Stir and let cool. Drop on wax paper.
