Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/8 tsp
- freshly ground pepper - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- chopped onion - 2/3 c
- soy sauce - 2 tsp
- grated fresh ginger
- coarsely shredded cabbage - 4 c
- coarsely grated carrot - 1/2 c
How to make skillet cabbage:
Saute onion, garlic and ginger in butter in a large skillet 2 minutes. Add cabbage and carrot; stir-fry over medium heat about 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in soy sauce, pepper and paprika.Recipe categories: Low protein, Side dish, Vegetables.
