Ingredients/Components
- to 3 peeled, sliced raw potatoes - 2 item
- each: chopped green pepper and chopped onion - 1/2 c
- uncooked rice brown or white - 3/4 c
- to 3 sliced raw carrots - 2 item
- lean hamburger crumble over the whole thing - 1 lb
- cans tomato sauce plus 1 sauce can water - 2 oz
How to make six-layer dinner:
In a large rectangular buttered baking dish, layer all the ingredients in the order listed. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
