Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 4 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- Old Bay seasoning - 1 tsp
- bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- ground mustard - 1 tsp
- boiled and peeled shrimp, chopped - 1 lb
How to make shrimp cakes:
Saut?© onion and bell pepper in butter. Mix all ingredients together. Add more shrimp if needed for thicker consistency. Chill in refrigerator until able to form into patties, 2 inches in diameter. Fry in butter.Recipe categories: Main dish, Shellfish, Shrimp.
