- pecans I use cashews - 8 oz
How to make shoestring potato cookies:
Melt butterscotch chips. Stir in potatoes and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper on cookie sheet. Cool.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
