Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- elbow macaroni - 8 oz
- dash of garlic salt - 1 item
- can corned beef, chopped - 1 item
- sharp cheese, diced - 1/4 lb
How to make scotch casserole:
Cook macaroni in salted water. Blend milk, soup, beef, cheese, onion and garlic salt. Grease large casserole and alternate macaroni and beef. Mix layers and sprinkle crumbs on top. Dot with butter.Bake 350° 45 minutes.
