  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • egg - 1 item
  • whipping cream - 1/2 pt
  • plain flour - 3 tsp
  • pecans - 1 c
  • small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • mini marshmallows - 2 c
  • large banana - 1 item
  • small piece Cheddar cheese - 1 item

How to make sawdust salad:

Mix Jell-O as directed. Pour into dish and chill to set. Drain pineapple juice into cup. Fill with water to make 1 cup liquid. Beat egg. Add sugar, flour and the 1 cup of juice mixture. Cook in double boiler to form custard. Cool.
