  • Bisquick - 3 c
  • red pepper optional - 1 item
  • hot sausage - 1 pkg
  • coon cheese - 1 pkg

How to make sausage balls:

Grate coon cheese. Mix uncooked sausage, cheese and Bisquick well. Add red pepper if you wish.

Roll into 1-inch balls; place on cookie sheet and bake in 350° oven for 10 to 12 minutes. (Can be made ahead of time and placed in freezer to cook when needed.)
