Ingredients/Components
- Bisquick - 3 c
- red pepper optional - 1 item
- hot sausage - 1 pkg
- coon cheese - 1 pkg
How to make sausage balls:
Grate coon cheese. Mix uncooked sausage, cheese and Bisquick well. Add red pepper if you wish.Roll into 1-inch balls; place on cookie sheet and bake in 350° oven for 10 to 12 minutes. (Can be made ahead of time and placed in freezer to cook when needed.)
