  • pkg - 1 oz
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • chicken breast - 1 lb
  • flour tortillas - 8 item
  • jar picante sauce, divided - 1/2 item

How to make chicken enchiladas:

Cut chicken into thin strips and cook. Mix 1/2 of picante sauce, cream cheese and chicken in saucepan over low heat until smooth. Spoon 2 tablespoons chicken mixture onto each tortilla; roll up. Place seam side down, in lightly greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over tortillas; cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Pour remaining picante sauce over tortillas. If desired, top with sour cream and olives.
