Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese
- hot water - 3/4 c
- pecans - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/3 c
- lime jello - 1 pkg
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- to 18 large marshmallows - 14 item
- or 1 small canned milk - 1 c
How to make russian salad:
Mix lime jello, cream cheese, marshmallows and water together and cook over medium heat until marshmallows and cream cheese are melted. Remove from heat and cool a little while (about 5 minutes). Add pineapple, mayonnaise and canned milk. Mix well, then add pecans. Chill until set, 3 to 4 hours.Recipe categories: Egg, Salads, Potato.
