  • cream cheese
  • hot water - 1 c
  • miniature marshmallows - 1 c
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • cottage cheese - 1/2 1
  • lime jello - 1 pkg

How to make cream cheese salad:

Dissolve jello 1 in cup hot water. Add pineapple juice with water to make 1 cup. When jello begins to congeal, add pineapple, cottage cheese and marshmallows. Stir thoroughly; pour into shallow dish. When completely congealed, mix mayonnaise with cream cheese and spread on top.
