Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- juice of 1 lemon
- chicken livers - 1 lb
- water chestnuts, sliced - 10 item
- bacon slices - 12 item
- garlic clove, crushed - 1 item
How to make rumaki:
Cut deveined livers in half and cook in oil over medium heat until no longer red. Remove skillet. Add soy sauce, lemon juice and garlic. Let cool. Combine one piece of liver with a water chestnut half; roll bacon round the two and secure with toothpick. Broil when ready to serve until bacon is crisp.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Poultry, Meat.
