Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 4 item
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • cold water - 1/2 c
  • yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
  • instant vanilla pudding - 1 pkg
  • Wesson oil - 1/2 c
  • dark rum - 1/2 c

How to make rum cake:

Preheat oven to 325°. Grease and flour cake pan (Bundt or tube). Sprinkle pecans over bottom of pan. Mix all ingredients. Pour over pecans. Bake 1 hour.
