- medium red onion, thinly sliced - 1/2 item
- Italian dressing - 1/2 c
- uncooked rotini - 10 oz
- to 12 cherry tomatoes - 10 item
- to 3 stalks broccoli - 2 item
- can small pitted ripe olives - 1 oz
How to make rotini salad:
Cut flowerets from broccoli. Peel stalks; cut into chunks. Cook broccoli in boiling salted water in medium saucepan over medium heat, just until broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
