  • coconut - 1/2 c
  • chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
  • Cool Whip - 12 oz
  • marshmallows - 3/4 c
  • mint - 1/3 c
  • graham cracker pie crusts - 2 item
  • serving size chocolate fudge instant pudding - 1 (4

How to make rocky road pie:

Pour half and half into large bowl. Add pie filling. Whisk until blended well. Fold in whipped topping until well mixed. Add remaining ingredients. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer and let stand 10 minutes before serving. Store leftovers in freezer.
