Ingredients/Components

  • stick butter - 1 item
  • can chicken broth - 1 item
  • whole chicken - 1 item
  • white cooking wine - 1/2 c
  • fresh herbs parsley, oregano and rosemary - 1 c
  • salt, pepper and paprika - 1 item

How to make roasted chicken:

Preheat oven to 375°. Wash chicken. Rub 1/2 stick of butter over chicken. Cut up fresh herbs and butter. Place inside cavity of chicken. Pour 1/4 cup of white cooking wine and 1/2 can of chicken broth inside cavity of chicken. Pour remaining can of chicken broth and 1/4 cup of white cooking wine over chicken. Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika over chicken. Place in baking pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
