Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 2 oz
• milk
• Cool Whip - 1 item
• Ritz crackers, crushed - 75 item
• 1/3 sticks oleo, melted - 1 item
• ice cream coordinate with pudding flavor - 1 qt

How to make ritz cracker dessert:

Mix cracker crumbs and butter. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan (reserve some crumbs for top). Mix pudding and milk, then add ice cream, beating until smooth. Pour over crust and chill in refrigerator until firm. Before serving, spread with Cool Whip and top with reserved crumbs.

For a crowd, this recipe may be doubled and placed in a 13 x 24-inch pan.
